Caipiroska With Passoã and Ginger

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tsp shredded ginger

  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  • ½ cup vodka

  • 2 tbsp of lime juice

  • 2 tbsp of WILD agave

  • ¼ cup Passoã liqueur

  • 2 cups water

  • ice

  • lime, lemon, orange slices for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Add ginger, lemon juice, vodka, lime juice, agave, Passoã liqueur, and water to a blender. Blend well.


Layer lime, lemon, and orange slices with ice cubes into a large glass. Strain the


blended drink, then pour into the glass. Serve with 2-3 straws. Alternately, prepare a number of smaller glasses for individual servings.
