Chantico Mangonada (Slush)

Anyone else remember the joy of sipping on a mangonada (aka mangoneada) on a scorching summer day? ☀️ Well, get ready to rediscover that refreshing feeling with a refreshing mangonada slush made with Chantico's new HOT Agave syrup.🔥


Chantico HOT Agave takes sustainably harvested WILD Mexican Agave and adds a touch of Chile de Árbol. 🌶


With warmer days peaking in, savor the perfect mix of sweet, tangy, and spicy childhood memories with this HOT recipe.


(Can be prepared as a slush or a popsicle)


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3-4 mangoes

  • juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tbsp chili-lime powder or seasoning

  • 1 oz chamoy

  • 2 tbsp Chantico HOT Agave

  • 1 cup Ice




DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend mangoes, ice, Chantico HOT Agave, lime juice.

  2. Coat the rim of your cup(s) with chili-lime powder/seasoning.

  3. Once mango mixture is ready, pour a thin layer of chamoy into your cup(s) followed by a thick layer of your mango mixture. Continue this pattern until you reach the top of your cup.

  4. Garnish with Chantico HOT Agave and chili-lime powder.

  5. Serve and enjoy right away as a slush OR place in freezer with a wooden popsicle stick and enjoy as a delicious frozen treat later.
