Coco Chocobomb

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes

  • ¼ cup of Wild Chantico Agave

  • 1 tsp of salt

  • 3 tsp of coconut oil

  • 1/3 semisweet chocolate






DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine coconut flakes, agave, salt and 2 tsp of coconut oil in a food processor. Mix until everything is while combined.

  2. Once combined, take a tablespoon of the coconut mixture and shape it into a ball. Put all the shaped balls in the fridge for 3 hours to overnight or 20 minutes in the freezer until the balls are intact and does not fall apart.

  3. Melt the chocolate in microwave with the rest of coconut oil. Once melted, drizzle on top of the coconut balls.
