From the creamy embrace of luscious strawberries to the invigorating fusion of mint and cucumber, these popsicles are here to make your summer sizzle with excitement. So buckle up and get ready to beat the heat and let your taste buds dance with joy. Brace yourselves for Chantico Wild Agave Frozen Pops, where every lick is a moment of pure happiness!


Creamy Strawberry:

  • 1 pound strawberries, hulled

  • 1 cup milk (or milk substitute)

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • ⅓ cup Chantico Organic Mexican Wild Agave

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Mint & Cucumber:

  • 2 large cucumbers, chopped

  • 1 cup mint leaves

  • 1 cup lime juice

  • ¾ cup Chantico Agave

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Peaches & Ginger:

  • 3 cups peach juice (100% juice)

  • ¾ cup heavy cream

  • ⅛ cup Chantico Organic Mexican Wild Agave

  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Blackberry Rose:

  • ⅓ Cup Chantico Organic Mexican Wild Agave

  • 6 cups blackberries

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon rosewater

Cantaloupe:

  • ⅓ Chantico Organic Mexican Wild Agave

  • ¼ cup mint leaves

  • juice of 1 lime

  • 3 cups cantaloupe, chopped


Puree the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Pour the mixture into ice-pop molds, dividing evenly.

Insert ice-pop sticks and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours and up to 4 days.

For layers, pour in first layer, then freeze for 20 minutes.

Then pour in next layer and repeat until full.
